POLICIES

• Payment in full is due before or upon completion of service(s). Corporate clients may request to be billed on a monthly basis.

• We accept payment in the following forms: Cash, Check and Paypal. A $35 charge will apply for any returned checks.

• As a courtesy, we offer a 30 minute initial client consultation – free of charge.

• Deposit may be required.

• A minimum of one-hour is charged for all services at the flat rate. Fees are then calculated by 15-minute intervals after the first hour.

• The current government rate of $.5350 per mile will be applied after the first 10 miles.

• Fees do not include any additional out-of-pocket expenses incurred on the client’s behalf (i.e. dry cleaning, personal shopping items, copier charge, office supplies, etc.).

• A 24 hour notice is required for all requests. Extra charges will be applied if less than a 24 hour notice is given. Requests that put others in danger, are illegal or questionable will be denied.

• Due to insurance reasons, we are unable to transport any people. No exceptions can be made. We apologize for the inconvenience

• Cancellation for services must be made more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than a 24 hour notice will be assessed a $50.00 fee.

• Helping Hand is not responsible for any damage caused to dry-cleaning or other client merchandise that is serviced by a separate vendor. However, we will act as a liaison to repair the damage. We cannot guarantee that full compensation will be given to the client.

• Please note that Helping Hand will keep all client information confidential and will not share it with any third party, unless requested by the client.
